Manufactured Systems

CPE Manufactured Systems offers an expanded line of stock and custom skid packages manufactured in both non-metallic and stainless steel construction, as well as product lines including solvent recovery, temperature control and highly specialized custom prototype, and R&D Units for the oil tar sands and water filtration industries. As always, CPE incorporates our custom control packages along with our 3D CAD modeling, electrical schematic, and point-to-point wiring diagrams.

pH Neutralization Systems that are specially designed for waste water or process waste treatment needs. With long-lasting corrosion resistance and premier technology to ensure performance and reliability, our pH Neutralization Systems are built to uphold rigorous CPE requirements at our Rochester, NY facility.

Reverse Osmosis Dionized (RODI) Water Systems to meet the strictest water quality standards. Regardless of size, CPE can supply the equipment and design the distribution piping and network. We also offer a full range of standard RODI systems that are equipped with top-quality materials and are suitable for multiple categories of use.

Pressure Booster Skids with packages that include pumps, tanks, piping spools and all required instrumentation and controls. Our engineering and service teams work in tandem in designing and implementing systems that utilize premium efficiency motors to minimize energy consumption. Our systems are ideal for central cleaning and power washing systems, building water supply and boiler feed applications.

Chemical Feed Systems that include complete component distribution by CPE for bulk storage tanks, level control and fill station control panels, transfer pumps, day tanks, chemical feed pumps, all required interconnecting piping and valves and corrosion resistant coatings.

Pump Stations with the distinct advantages of pump selection and level control. Our systems can stand alone and be capable of collecting and transferring all types of chemicals and chemical waste, or can work collaboratively with other systems. All of our standard systems include non-contact ultrasonic level switch technology.

Control Panel Design to create an effective system of custom management of all your pump, seal and corrosion needs. Our panels are fabricated at our Rochester, NY facility.
