The self aligning frame, and compact dimensions, make these machines highly suitable for working in road constructions, ditches, aqueducts, gas ducts, sewers and irrigation systems. |
On specific client requirements, machines can be modified in order to suit special requirements.
CSE & CNC
CSE (semi-automatic) and CNC (fully automatic) butt welding machines are suitable for PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings. |
The computer controls all welding steps after the facing operation, until the end of the welding cycle, providing east set-up of the relevant welding data. At the end of the cycle, the printer gives the results of the weld with all necessary data according to DVS and other standard specifications. |
Two main lines of machines are available with CNC control, including:
PT machines for trench and workshop use, and |
PL machines for workshop use, suitable for continuous production of special fittings. |

These machines can weld all pipes from PN 2.5 to PN 40, according to the pipe material. |
