pH NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEMS

Skid mounted pH neutralization systems can be designed to meet your waste water treatment needs.  Our Process team will design a long lasting corrosion resistant system utilizing the latest equipment and technologies available.  These systems are designed, fabricated and tested in our Rochester NY facility prior to shipping to your location.

CPE standard systems are designed to minimize chemical usage and maintenance requirements.  All of our designs incorporate the following features:

1. Mixer shaft penetrations are sealed to prevent odors from escaping.
2. Mixers are mounted vertically to minimize bearing wear.
3. All tanks include a 5-year warranty.
4. Chemical reagent tanks are double contained.
5.  Chemical feed lines are rigid double contained pipes.  Flexible tubing is not utilized.  This is a significant safety feature.
6. Energy consumption is minimized.
7. System is completed and factory tested prior to shipment. 
8.  Floor space requirements are minimized.
9. Systems are wired and skid mounted for flow rates up to 300 gpm.   Installation involves setting the system in place, wiring to the NEMA 4 control panel, and making plumbing connections to the inlet, outlet, and vent.
10.  Standard systems can incorporate pump out capability if desired.

Custom systems are often required in order to retrofit existing buildings. 

Additional equipment can be incorporated for remediation efforts.  These systems typically feed polymers, precipitate contaminants, filter the precipitate, and readjust the pH so the water is suitable for discharge.
